Blockchain is one of the most exciting – and more misunderstood – emerging technologies. It essentially offers a decentralized, mutually-owned ledger of all transactions across a network. When a transaction occurs, everyone in the network knows about it and can mutually consent. It’s tamper-proof and virtually instantaneous.
This has real disruptive implications for the finance industry, which today uses other processes to keep records for asset transfers and more. This session will introduce the concept of blockchain to attendees and discuss potential treasury applications.
TMAC is pleased to bring you a panel of industry thought-leaders for this interactive session.
