We are delighted to have two Managing Directors from Standard & Poor’s provide a timely update amidst all of the uncertainty affecting global banks and economies. Thomas Connell will provide an update on S&P’s global bank criteria, the key ratings drivers for Canadian banks, and their approach to contingent capital instruments. Robert Palombi will focus on broader economic and financial conditions and discuss S&P’s views on Canadian macroeconomic developments as well as factors affecting the shape of the yield curve.
